A lot of meals for breakfast, it was warm and varied. We loved rooms with key access. Excellent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The rooms were airy, the pool was nice, fantastic place. Everything was very good during our stay but disappointing aspect was poor bathroom. Its magnificent, central location was a plus. You can find Mejilloneria Mediterraneo close to the hotel to a have lunch. We truly enjoyed a fabulous restaurant.
Their staff were extremely noisy.

Nice bed, excellent bathroom and air conditioning and a coffeemaker in the room. Particularly nice pool side view and rich breakfast. Absolutely perfect central location, short walk to a local music festival, the Old Town, and Benidorm for a friends 'stag do'.

Possibly the best and really nice stay on holidays. Great pool, great and lovely location keen on the pets in the restaurant. Based so close to beach and old town bars and restaurants, the centre, and all the best shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.

Good food, had very good stay.
The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, down to the sea with nice stores and supermarkets within walking distance. Had brunch in the Cafeteria Bar Chus, located nearby.

A wide range of food served in the pool area for breakfast, it was nice hot and plentiful. The location of the property was great and lovely as we where close enough to restaurants, beach and old town bars and restaurants, and Benidorm Centro. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Poniente Beach.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, we got way more than we expected. The room was impeccable, with all the amenities we could've asked for, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe a wider variety of hot items.
